Sometimes the courier delivery…

Sometimes the courier delivery "attempts" are not really attempted.

Frustrating if you're home waiting for delivery and then you check Amazon delivery updates, and it says two attempts made, when it was only one. 🙄
Why lie, seriously?

Then the courier just left it at a Correos for *me* to pick up! Hey, I *paid* for delivery!

Also.. I can't lift hardly anything heavy, I'm 73, and I had to request another delivery!..and...I'm still waiting!

Correo Express *not* very express all the time. And I wish the couriers wouldn't lie about attempts. Just reschedule and follow through!

Appalling Behaviour and non existent Customer Service

Every time I have a delivery from Correos Express, I get a message to say that nobody was at home and to collect item from pickup point. The driver does not even come to the house. I have video doorbell evidence to prove it. Trying to complain is impossible as everyone refuses to accept responsibility and the link on the website doesn’t accept my data. Unfortunately when I order goods I do not know which courier service the supplier uses. Furthermore I have reduced mobility and getting to a pick up location is very inconvenient.

Nightmare

Not my first ‘Rodeo’ with Correos Express Portugal. They emailed as before to flag delivery of a Saw from Ferramentas Portugal As usual no show and now on Tuesday morning they show delivery scheduled for Monday ( the day before). No way to contact them. Their telephone line in Faro had an automated circle of ‘gibberish’ with no access to a human.
It is now 1 week after promised delivery and several communications with both supplier and Correos Express. The supplier is refunding my spend as Correos Express have failed to deliver BECAUSE: Their warehouse in the Algarve was unable to accept this small item as it was full - I have seen a spreadsheet indicating same for several consecutive days. A courier company with no capacity !!!!! I rest my case.

What an absolute joke of a delivery…

What an absolute joke of a delivery company. Failed delivery no one at home .... I'm effing sat here waiting. Ok we drop it at a local collection point 4.6 km away .
LET ME REMIND YOU ... CORREOS EXPRESS ... DELIVERY COMPANY. FAIL TO DELIVER ON EVERY OCCASION.

Never ever deliver anything...What I…

Never ever deliver anything...What I don't understand is why would any merchants on Amazon use them. I mean it's a brilliant business plan a)take loads of order b)don't hire any delivery drivers saving on petrol/wages c)don't deliver packages - pure profit and nothing anyone can do it about it because government owned. If this was a private business it would have gone bust years ago.

Utterly useless

As many have already experienced, they claimed I was not home when I was and no activity showed up on my camera. They then suggested I collect from one of their pick up points instead and so I picked the closest one to me to collect the next day. Next day I get a call from a guy saying a Correos driver is trying to drop my package at his factory which is NOT a Correos drop point. I eventually canceled the order when they messaged me to say they had a 'logistics' problem. Totally useless company.

I will never recommend it

The worst service I've experienced in a while. They aren't able to give proper support when needed caused by their own. They didn't pick up my package where established, I had to create an account on Twitter to be able to have any sort of assistance and a day later, when they finally picked it up, I couldn't track the delivery because they didn't update it. So now, I'm at home without any idea of what they've done with my belongings. Horrible, horrible service.

Absolute disgrace

The couriers (when they decide they will deliver the packages) arrive in beaten up own vans with their clearly jobless, undesirable wives/gfs in the van accompanying them for a day out, jump over a security gate and enter my property instead of using the doorbell or phone. But most of the time, even when I have paid for next day delivery for emergency reasons, they decide to delay delivery by several days as maybe it works around their clearly very important schedules better. Complaints just a waste of time - clearly the fish is rotten from the head. Absolute, lowest of lows, delinquent scumbags run by a shady-as-it-comes organisation. Corporate criminals. What an absolute disgrace for themselves, their families and this country. Burn in hell.

Once again no delivery

Sat on the patio facing the gate all day, received an email saying I wasn't home when they tried to deliver my parcel. Happens all the time with this excuse for a delivery firm. Blatant liars.

They're the biggest liars in Spain

They're the biggest liars in Spain. They say I wasn't home. I was in the front garden at the exact moment and didn't see anyone. The camera didn't record anything either. They didn't follow the delivery instructions. It was an Amazon order.
It's terrible that Amazon doesn't deliver themselves but outsources it to these liars.
They don't need to come by anymore; I stayed home for nothing.

Correos Express did NOT DELIVERY and canceled my Amazon order!

Correos Express was scheduled to deliver an Amazon package on Monday, September 1.
I did not receive a time window for the delivery, just the date. While we were at our Anniversary celebration lunch, I noticed a missed message and upon arriving home, my amazon order had been CANCELED due to my REFUSAL (!!!) to accept the package!!!… Imagine, your only job is to deliver packages and you are NOT doing it! No message, no second phone call, no second delivery attempt! Instead, they had the rudeness to cancel my Amazon order and returned the merchandise to Amazon... DO YOUR JOB AND DELIVER WHAT YOU ARE PAID TO DELIVER!

an absolute nightmare

an absolute nightmare for years they were all ok the just lastly they have started using idiots with cars.(cheap labour) and they deliver nothing i have had about 6 parcels disappear so i end up getting refunds from amazon.he did ring once and arranged to meet me i drove all the way and he wasn't there..and wouldn't answer his phone they are a gang of cowboys,,morons

Waited in all day for a packet kept…

Waited in all day for a packet kept looking at tracking just said will be delivered, then I got a message saying been delivered so I went outside and the parcel was in the middle of the garden no doorbell ring no call out nothing not impressed

Good experience

I was expecting a delivery and it was to arrive faster than expected, but I wasn’t home that day so I changed the address to another where I know there’s always someone to receive the packages. The next day I got the message that it was in distribution but then a logistic error email, which made me worry they had lost my package but, surprisingly first thing next day it was being delivered in the new address.

Useless…

I was expecting a parcel delivery the seller told me it had been sent and to expect the next day; I received an email from Correo Express saying that something was wrong and they were sorting it Expecting a delivery the next day when I had a hospital appointment, I changed for the delivery to go to my local post office in Aspe, since then I have daily emails from Correo Express saying something has gone wrong and they are sorting it Absolutely useless delivery agents

Incompetent delivery company

This delivery company is the most incompetent and useless company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Their customer support is non-existent and uncaring. I would have given them zero stars if possible. I have no idea why Fedex uses them in the Canary Islands. Shocking service and appalling lack of communication.
