Crap food, first order inexplicably “lost”, second order turned up with fermenting rice after 4 days. No answer to email.
Usual modern crap service. Avoid!
this order was not even delivered and wasted our time and money. very disappointed at this below standards service. Requested them to cancel order and refund the money.
This seems like a spam ,no food delivery ,no refund.
Unsolicited phone calls and WhatsApp messages to get me to order despite me having opted OUT from any messaging. Abuse of my personal details - DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS TO THIS SCAM COMPANY AND DO NOT ORDER!!!
I was charged for five meals; they were supposed to get delivered yesterday but the items did not arrive. I have tried contacting Saakshi Kitchen in every possible way but have not received a single response. Can someone from the Customer Service Team kindly address this? They have not responded to my messages since 22 July (so it has been 11 days now). There is no one at the Customer Service Desk to clarify queries.
Awful first experience, terrible tasting food, overpriced, late delivery, literally 97% of the order went straight in the bin. I won't recommend it to anyone. Normally, I don't bother to write reviews but this was over £70 down the drain and overall a very unpleasant experience.
