Wrong spare part

The product is great and delivering was fast as desciped! Thank you very much!!!

But you send me a 2nd package with 1 day deley. Inside was another shell for the sword hilt. Nice! But it's for another type of lightsaber.

Refund done

Well, Saberforms has finally decided to give me my money back. I lost 39 € between the dollar exchange rate and the customs fees I had to pay, so I have a broken sword that doesn't work because of FEDEX.
On the part of Saberforms, no complaints, they responded perfectly and behaved very professionally. Please never use FEDEX as a transport company, they are a disaster.

no answer in case of warranty

I bought 2 swords for my children, one is not charging after only 2 month. Saberforms do not answer in case of warranty. They ordered a video of the defect saber, I sent it and now I am waiting 2 month for answer? Only tears in childrens eyes, poor service for such an ammount of money. Take care!

You did a really good job

You did a really good job. We ordered a Redeemer Mk3 as christmas present for our son with the help of your customs-team. Thanks to them.
Our son is very very happy with it. IT IS netter than I would ever had expected.
Großartig verarbeitet, liegt gut in der Hand. Gute Effekte. Der Preis ist schon sehr hoch gewesen, aber wir finden es ok, nachdem wir das Lichtschwert jetzt in der Hand hatten. Guter Service. Versand dauerte ca. 3 Wochen. Hat alles gepasst.

Overall the saber is amazing

Overall the saber is amazing. It took over a month to receive because of a shipping error, but it was sorted out and then expedited. My son loves it!

Had I know this was coming from China I…

Had I know this was coming from China I would not have ordered. It seems logical that you would keep some inventory here in the U.S. since you ship a lot to this country . If you managed your inventory better shipping would be far quicker .

Poor color settings

I feel like 75% of the color options are useless and there are only 2-3 true lightsaber colors available. The brightness is amazing, speaker seems blown out, hardware is high quality, charging cable is a nice addition... A lot to not like unfortunately in what should be an awesome blade.

My First Saber

Being my first saber, it took me a minute to figure out how to work it, but I absolutely love the Viper Mk3.
100% satisfied!
only thing that sucks is the delivery time, but well worth the wait.
