PLEASE AVOID! TERRIBLE!! Go to boatman!!

Unfortunately you arent able to give zero stars.

Purchased a bait boat from this company and to start with the controller was completely faulty, sabre tackle replaced this fairly quickly. However, the boat is still faulty so I have sent several emails asking to return my faulty item for a refund and they have ignored me, they put the phone down when I try to call them too. I have sent further emails explaining that my boat if faulty and I have asked again for a refund. I have video evidence of the boat being faulty, driving round in circles constantly when on auto pilot (its not a GPS boat so its not calibrating).

I then took to their facebook page, leaving my review of their product for others to see and they have deleted my comments and also blocked me from accessing their page.

I will have to contact trading standards now to deal with what should have been a simple process in issuing a refund for a clearly faulty item.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Haven’t received my order, emailed them countless times with no reply at all, had to end up going through my bank to claim a refund, time and effort wasted.

Absolutely shocking company.

Absolutely shocking company.
Purchased a pair of wellies from them which, when first worn, immediately had a small leak.
Emailed and received a response asking for photos, which I sent.
Absolutely nothing since, despite repeated emails and additional evidence now showing the seal failing on one boot.
I’ve tried hard to give them every opportunity to rectify or refund, zero response.
The worst customer service possible.

Been waiting over 4 months now to sort…

Been waiting over 4 months now to sort out a piece of junk landing net, they fail to respond, what a brilliant company, NOT
I've emailed them again within the last week this time to get a broken headband replaced which is on my headtorch, it's not even lasted 5 months and broke already, considering it's used for 2 days a month that 10 times of use and its failed.THIS IS A REALLY BAD COMPANY AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO CUSTOMER ISSUES, I can't wait to see at one of their stands at a fishing show, just to show in person the proof of rubbish products that they sell and to let any of their potential customers know just what useless,cheap and nasty products they sell. BUYER BEWARE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP AND NASTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT
