Really disappointed. I spent a lot of money on embroidered pieces that fell apart after minimal wear and careful washing - embroidery pilling and coming undone, fabric damage, and noticeable colour fading. Totally unacceptable for the price.

What’s worse is the complete silence from customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times over the past month with photos and full details and haven’t received a single response. Being ignored like this is incredibly frustrating.

If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect help. Based on my experience, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Recently purchased a blouse . Love the style and fit . Great customer service didn't take long to receive my order .

Delivery took too long ( i have placed my order in April and it was only delivered late July) (3 months long!) although it states in their website that the delivery is expected within 2-5 days. By the time it arrived I have left the country already and the package was sent back to them. To this day they didn't reply to any of my emails, and I haven't received any refund yet. Scam. Don't buy from them!

First time shopping here, clothes are beautiful but the size chart didn't match up. The shirt was huge but I still kept it because its cute and the quality is good. I will order down a size next time
