Worst knives I’ve ever experienced
The quality of the knives is below anything I’ve experienced before. The bread knife can barely cut bread, and the tomato knife is the worst knife I’ve ever used… it only works as decoration in the kitchen. I don’t recommend anyone to buy them.

Sabra Bistrot utensils the BEST!!!
I truly love my Sabra Bistrot utensils. They are sturdy, well made, and I love all the colors. I couldn’t decide on one color so I picked 5 different colors and ordered two of each color in the large fork and spoon, small fork and spoon and knives. Yes, 50 pieces total!! At meal time my family enjoys deciding which color to use next. Great quality product and overall a fun purchase for my family.

I would like to share my experience and dealing with Sabre company. I own three different flat wears from them and they are an absolute beauty. The customer service is also spectacular. One of my flatware kept having wear and tear issues. I reached out to the company and every single time they replaced every damage piece at one point they offered to send me a whole new set that I can choose any color I would like I highly recommend purchasing their products because they last a lifetime. I am a customer since 20 years ago and I am in love with this company.

I love my Sabre Paris cutlery
I have been using Sabre Paris cutlery for quite some time now, specifically the Bistrot collection, and I have always loved it. What made me appreciate this brand even more, however, was the incredible customer service. After some time my cutlery unfortunately became damaged, and when I contacted Sabre Paris they were incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. I already loved my Bistrot cutlery, but after this experience I appreciate Sabre Paris even more. Wonderful products and truly outstanding customer care.

Product is great! I really like color, quality and style. Shipping is incredibly slow. It took over 6 weeks to receive in US. I would like to buy more so not sure what channel to use.

Extremely slow delivery and Poor Color
Extremely slow delivery. The Red bought from Cabana is a different color than the Burgundy from this website. The Burgundy looks dull by comparison. What a disappointment.
Customer service was also rather poor. Too bad I still have an order coming I placed Feb. 12 - should be disappointed again in a couple of weeks.

Product is nice
Product is nice, customer service is subpar, I was told my order wasn't going to be ready until January 31st 2026, I asked to change my order since it was delayed. The next day I got an email back stating my order was shipped. I didn't receive a shipment email until three days later. It showed me they didn't care if I liked or didn't like my order and only wanted to keep the money and give me whatever didn't matter to them.

As mentioned in our previous email, your parcel was shipped at the beginning of January, but we recently started working with a new logistics partner to improve our international deliveries. As a result, there may be a longer delay between the moment the parcel leaves France and when the tracking becomes active. This is why the tracking number was not available immediately and why we couldn’t change the colour at that time.
However, if you still wish to change the colour (and if the cutlery hasn’t been used), we can exceptionally arrange an exchange and send you a return label, as previously proposed.
