Beautiful boots my daughter loves them

I returned two pair of shoes I ordered directly via their website. Even though I got an email confirmation from Sacha that they received my return, they didn’t refund my money and also don’t reply to my emails to customer service at all since weeks. They owe me more than 200€.

bought biker boots back in December, arrived in week from the Netherland to France, great quality, durable. Been wearing them regularly for 3 months now and the leather is only starting to crease, the quality of the shoe is amazing!

Vlotte service. Nice sandalen. Need a bit off walking in but very nice.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I have ordered a pair of boots last month, but haven’t received any confirmation of email or anything but of course I have been charged.
Since then I try to reach customer service through every canal possible: I DONT GET ANY ANSWER! (Hotline always unavailable, chat saying you will be put in contact with someone but you remain alone in the room for hours, emails get poor answer and no history on your situation). I am still waiting to receive my paiement back.
I would let know everyone to run away from this brand.

Delivery was very quick

Online service is terrible. I placed my order two weeks ago and My order is delaying(delivery time 4-7w.d.) , and they said it will be delayed even more(+1 week) and no one can explain why. Non of online agents said SORRY for the issues with the order. How can service be so different in the store(very friendly and helpful) and so awful for the online customers?!

Great experience with returns

Worst customer service ever! I registered at their website in order to receive a discount on my order but it came very late (only after I already placed the order). Therefore, I called their customer service and asked if I can still receive the discount so I don't have to cancel and re-order the items (saves both parties admin work). After 30 mins in the queue the lady was rude and eventually even canceled my order (after I said specifically that I don't want it to be canceled!!!) and then just hung up the next second when she noticed she messed up. Now they don't even have one of the items that I wanted to order (which I would have received if the support didn't cancel my order after I specifically asked them not to). No apology whatsoever.
