Where are my items?

It's been a few weeks since I've placed my order and still no information on where the items are. Tried to reach out to Sachelle via email and no one's responded.

Took them 4 days to ship the item

Took them 4 days to ship the item, I asked for express shipping, they sent via USPS which is slow. Still got charged for the express shipping. Had to ask them what was happening with my order after 4 days, it's only then that they shipped the item and sent me the tracking number. Not impressed.

Quality review

The first product came with an imperfection. The customer service team was very responsive and helpful. They were willing to send a replacement without any hesitation. This was during the holiday season so they were very busy. It took me a couple of times to reach out for a follow-up update (item dispatch/confirmation etc) and it took about 3 weeks to receive a confirmation email. The entire exchange process took 1.5 months until the item finally arrived. I was quite excited to receive the item, but unfortunately, the replacement item that they sent also has a defect in it. Half of the engraved writing was faded and I could barely see it. Since the whole exchange process took so long, I felt discouraged to reach out again. Despite the delayed process, I appreciate the ownership the customer team took. However, I would suggest checking the products before sending them out. I want to love the brand since it is a small business and their pieces are so beautiful on the website, but after this experience, I don't know if I would purchase again as the price point is quite expensive for the quality of the product.
