I love Sachi skincare! Everything in the line from cleansers to the retinal contain affective, gentle and unique Ayurvedic ingredients. I’ve been using the ProResilience Serum, TriAlpha Pigmentation Corrector for several years to treat red and brown spots on my face from overexposure to the sun. I found a revived love for the Ursolic Acid & Retinal and I can tolerate it where I haven’t been able to with other brands. I use both cleansers as well. Sachi has great sales, they do fun collaborations with fun offerings (hair bands) and fast shipping to the US. The staff are so kind!!! Thry engage with their customers with beautiful and thoughtful content in social media and treat us with such love! Highly recommended!

I have Rosacea developed after a bad skin infection that is easily congested while being dry in some areas and their repair serum is the first one I've tried that calms down the skin almost instantly. The resurfacing treatment is also amazing as it doesn't trigger any redness (never heard of!), and in the morning the skin is even and calm.

Best product! But Canadians beware.
The triphala is a beautiful product! I have repurchased this serum at least 6 times now. I can't live without it! The only issue is that the last few times I purchased it, the taxes/duties are getting pretty steep due to the company that they use for shipping and I may have to look elsewhere. Being a Canadian resident, the exchange rate is already alot so to have to pay upwards of $60 on duties is getting too steep. I can't live without this product so I hope they find a better shipping method for their Canadian customers.

It has reduced now and I can see someone change and I like that the product absorbs quickly into the skin. I would love to continue with this product if my pocket permits me.

They didn’t publish my low reviews on their site. For the triphala corrector and the pro resilience serum which gave me the worst breakouts I’ve had in a long long time. The customer service was good, eventually. Hence the 2 stars here. At first they just asked me if I used SPF but then eventually they did refund me for one of the products. So kudos for that. But I’m still dealing with the breakouts a fortnight on that I got off these products, despite following advice and starting slow. I have sensitive skin but it’s marketed for that. I am happy they refunded me for the lowest price item, but not impressed to see they did not publish my low but honest reviews on their site. I bought based on the strength of it being 60-odd 5 star reviews and now I realise they just mustn’t publish any negative ones. Not transparent and very misleading.

Fantastic products
Fantastic products, my skin is pretty sensitive and I have a hard time tolerating retinoids and acids but Sachi's formulas are amazing and effective yet gentle and the Pro Resilience Serum helps keep my skin barrier happy.

I could see the improvement in my skin after using the Ursolic Acid & Retinal Overnight Reform. I never experienced any irritation and I was able to use it four nights in a row. The packaging in comes in is great. The pump gives you the correct amount to apply on your face. I would snatch it up again if it was within my budget.
