Don't go here! A different lady put a tiny bar in my ear which messed up my sizing down! I end up with side of my face , neck and jaw in pain...my swell up my bar disappeared into my ear. I made a complaint as it migrated . The manager state I didn't get it done with them until I provide bank statements . Then manager change her story .

I was going to still go and get bvla from there. But I'm thinking about how I'm being treated and it was horrible!

I personally Won't get any body work from here, due to the manager and how I was treated.

Came here for my second lobe piercing, got in a bit early for my appointment. Service is good, going back in a month for a checking.

Stay away… a place for clueless turists
Some of the Staff may be good at piercing your skin but the real problem of this place is another one.
This company is an overpriced bluff of publicity.
After getting my septum pierced I was told to come back one month after (I live 1 hour from london) just to be quickly asked: is it everything ok? Then told to come back 2 months from the piercing date if I wanted my jewellery changed, took a train came to london and spent 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting for a clueless person named Eloise who apparently at firts was showing me jewllery then could not decide if she should change my jewllery or not, started to frantically message god knows who to ask if she should do it or not…. Not listening to me, not taking into consideration anything I was saying; the company apparently has 2 managers and both were on holiday and no one in charge; this clueless person could not reach out to anyone that could give her “permission” to change my jewllery neither could decide for herself despite me telling her I was going to take full responsability, willing to sign anything and I could assure my piercing was healed.
Really poor organization, not the kind of place they pretend they are; I am glad this happened so I can go to a more serious place to buy my jewllery.
Choose wisely there are much more serious piercing and jewllery shops in London.
