We had a very positive experience from start to finish with SACW. We didn’t have much of an idea what we wanted to begin with and we had tiles for four rooms and a patio to decide upon. However, Jo Oliver had all the patience, market knowledge, and expertise needed for us to end up where we wanted to be. The ordering and delivery process were seamless and as they seem to carry a healthy amount of stock additional tiles were available when needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company.

I was feeling overwhelmed with choice for my bathroom renovation and needed some guidance. I walked into SACW after spotting positive reviews on Google maps and was so pleased to have met Jo. She listened to my ideas and asked questions, and used her expertise to help me choose the most beautiful tiles that work for me and my space! She was trustworthy, thoughtful, and considered in her advice, and made me feel reassured about the whole process. She also helpfully and speedily answered follow-up questions I sent her via email. I am also grateful that SACW acted swiftly with my second, unplanned order, when my builders needed more of the same tiles.

Went to explore their range of tiles in a certain size, ended up going for a different idea in a different size.

Great help in choosing not just the colour but a size of tile which ended up looking much much nicer than my original idea.

Also very helpful in calculating the correct number of tiles needed for the project.

As an architecture and interior design practice we regularly specify tiles from SACW. We always get great professional advice, often comparing different tiles in order to find the best solution. The wide range of stock to choose from is very useful and the delivery times are also very good.

We have been buying tiles from Stone and Ceramic Warehouse for over 20 years and have always had excellent service. They are great at suggesting tiles to suit the project we are working on and the look we are trying to achieve. They recently made some bespoke external step tiles with a bullnose and channel to take external strip lighting. The finished steps look fabulous and have completely transformed the entrance to the property. Chris, Wes, Jo and all the Team at Acton are extremely professional and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit to the showroom.

We bought large quantities of tile at Stone and Ceramic Warehouse for the renovation of our house in London and Chris and the team were very helpful and professional in advising on choices and providing samples.
