Amazing service and communication. Couldn't rate them highly enough. Quality products and great aftercare.

In the past Saddleback would charge a delivery fee but offer free returns - which is very useful when buying clothing. This policy has been recently changed and they now deduct the cost of both delivery and return from the refund amount.
14th Jan - updated - Friendly / helpful Saddleback staff contacted me to explain that inconsistancies in website and paper documentation have now been clarified. I have changed my rating to reflect that cost of returns are now more transparent.

Have made several purchases over the last year or two and to be honest, I'm really confused by the negative reviews. In my experience they have a quality website, have great deals on only quality products and deliver reliably and on time. Communication is spot on.
Look again and the majority of the negative reviews might actually come from the same source who seems angry with the world in general. Trust mine. Independent!

Great Service. Ordered cycle tights and top via website and arrived very quickly. Good fit and true to size chart. Would not hesitate to recommend and order again.

I was a little apprehensive ordering from Saddleback due to some of the negative reviews on here. However the shorts I wanted were at a bargain price so I went for it.
My fears were quickly put aside as I immediately had an order notification and tracking details for my purchase.
The item arrived on time and was well packaged. An excellent experience thoughout and as such I have no reservations recommending Saddleback.

I love the range Saddleback offer and the pricing of high quality top brand clothing is brilliant. I’ve used them for a few orders and they’re always quickly dispatched and arrive in quality packaging. I’ll always be looking on their site to fund my cycling addiction.

Your company needs to learn how to speak with members of the public who are legally filming, your so called finance manager is a disgrace to your company and needs to be dismissed from his role immediately

Wouldn't buy from this company smug, arrogant and rude staff, this is before I've purchased and can only imagine how awful the attitude would be should an issue arise after sale.

Had never heard of this website before but they had some bib tights I wanted for a good price. I checked other reviews on Trustpilot which seemed positive so placed my order. Tights arrived a couple of days later, I was impressed with the communication and delivery times. No issues, great service, would use again.

Weak after sales, coupled with a terrible attitude and lots of pathetic excuses. There was the whole "sorry if you're annoyed"/"we're just a small team" (circa 20m turnover is NOT a small team) tone.

Really smug staff who are used to beating around small bike shops, but that attitude doesn't work direct to consumer. Seems to not be able to manage customer enquires like normal businesses.

Half price high quality Castelli cycling jersey - quickly delivered, well packaged & great communication at every stage.

These guys are great was struggling to get a battery door for my Stages power meter spoke to them over email and they sent me one free of charge many many thanks guys

No issues - items were received as described, and since they didn't fit I returned them and was refunded in full, so no complaints

Bought a troy lee design pants. Within 10 times of using I got a rip simply by mountin th saddle and the fabric on the crotch area getting pulled from saddle.

Troy lee europ suggest this would be a warranty claim with retailer, but this was declined by Saddleback.

Let to belive that mountain bike p is are Ingle use then?

I took a chance on this company, never heard of them before. They had some amazing bargains in their sale, so ordered a couple of items. They arrived very quickly after the new year break, excellent communication and tracking information at every stage. Very pleased with the items when they arrived. Ordered a long sleeve top as a Christmas present. Very quick delivery and nice quality. Ordered two sizes and returning the unused item was super-easy. Will definitely use again.

Absolutely Brilliant, Items were cheapest online by a considerable margin and items are genuine. Took a punt as not heard of this company before.

Items arrived within 2 days even though I didn't pay for fast delivery amd emails were sent at every stage ... Definitely a new customer now.
