SCA Surgical Center Affiliated with Saddleback, UHC, Optum in Laguna Hills. This facility has been the worst facility I’ve ever worked for, I lasted. One month, the manager was given this position not because she earned it or studied for it, it was given to her because her mom is the Director, this facility will milk you for every dollar they pay you, they lack the skills to teach you or train you, your pulled in different directions, you will be micromanage and just know that they have the biggest turnover. Even if you are in desperate need of a job don’t work here. Also the insurance company they offer is extremely expensive only ppo offers with high deductible ( you can’t afford to get sick)
