I had a great experience with Ashleigh when she came to review my saddle for my horse, who I'm bringing back into work. She was thorough and professional, taking a template of my horse to ensure everything aligned correctly with my saddle. It was reassuring to have a professional confirm that no adjustments were needed and that my saddle is comfortable for my horse to use as we ease back into work. Ashleigh's knowledge and attention to detail gave me real peace of mind. I'm looking forward to getting her back in a few months to review my saddle again once we've built more muscle back onto my horse. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a saddle check or fitting!

I've been on a saddle hunt for my very large, barrel shaped Fjord. I reached out to Ashleigh about a Thorowgood saddle, and she answered all of my questions wonderfully! I'm in the US and she searched different shipping companies to get the lowest price for me. The saddle arrived in excellent condition, 3 days prior to when the tracking said! Fantastic communication, nothing was too much nother, the saddle was posted and delivered quicker tha anticipated. Cant fault them at all.

Ashleigh was very helpful in answering questions about the saddle and even held onto it for a week for me as I was traveling. The delivery itself was arranged same day and I was notified of all the delivery details for the following week (would have been 1-2 days if I didn't ask for the delay). The saddle condition is good, it was a little dirty underneath but I already discussed that with Ashleigh and was no problem for me. There are a few tiny nicks on the saddle and some wrinkling on the seat, but to be expected from the condition as described. Very happy, thank you!

Ashleigh from the saddle hub gave me and my daughter confidence to trust again, after two apparent expert saddle fitters let me and our pony down.
