I ordered a pair of planters to be delivered to my sister for my nephew to try growing his own vegetables.
The planters are excellent quality and are extremely sturdy and very well built. They came fully assembled and lined ready with drainage holes.
Instead of using parcelforce as originally planned Emma and Colin delivered them to my sister themselves which was lovely having the personal touch that you don't get with big companies. We were also given a choice of three delivery slots and delivery on a Sunday.
When dealing with Emma by email she has always been very pleasant and helpful whenever I had a query.
When either myself or my sister next want some planters it will be Saddleworth Planters we will be using.

I've been on the lookout for a log store for some time but found they were ridiculous prices for poor products.

I came across Saddleworth Planters and contacted via their website.

The communication was fantastic, and Emma asked me about size alterations, whether I wanted a kindling shelf and kept me updated with delivery.

Delivery was quoted as 2-3 weeks and it was well within this. It was delivered fully assembled to my door and I'm delighted with the quality of both build and materials. They even donated a box of wood to get me started. Thank you!!

We needed some custom size planters and had seen Saddleworth Planters on local Facebook group, one post had a video of just how well the planters were made.
So we made contact and Colin was very helpful, polite and friendly.
They showed up to quote on time and followed it up with 3D images of the planters we agreed on.
A couple of weeks later we got sent photos of the finished product to make sure we were happy, then delivery was made a couple of days later.
