My name is Lindiwe Nkumane and I had a red tape under my name and so I was a high risk and couldn't take out any debt. These people are scammers. They promised that they would be able to help me and start a debiting money from my account saying that after debiting that money the process of helping me get out of debt review would start. After I paid them an amount of 8,000 to Rands they now started saying that they cannot assist me so I asked for a refund. I was then told that the people that are supposed to authorize the refund are on a business trip therefore I had to wait for them to come back. Since then they have blocked me on WhatsApp I can no longer get a hold of them they are no longer communicating with me and they haven't even told me when they're going to be repaying me since the beginning of December when this whole mess started it is now the fifth of January 2026 and there is no movement they have blocked me and there is no communication coming from their side. Please beware and do not fall victim like I did the lady that was assisting me is thando she was the one that was assisting me this whole time

My experience was super amazing!! Liselle was very patient with me ,she communicated the process very well. She encouraged me and promised to hold my hand until the process was through.My process was very difficult because I had to settle a debt with another company first before my file could be transferred but they helped me to get my file back and we were able to go through with the process.I’m officially out from Debt review and she is still keeping me updated on the credit bureaus statuses. Liselle even gave me advice on how to manage my credit better in the future as well as building up my credit again. She is very polite and kind and I’m truly grateful to SA Debt removal .
