With pictures and photos that you can imagine and charge with a feeling, you can feel very besser. This calls for anchoring these positive beliefs every day. I loved her zoominar where she explained about feelings and how they are our motor to go through fears and challenges to reach our goals.
Connecting with our feelings and feeling how we feel when we reached it could be like a strong jeep going uphill.
