At first it started ok

At first it started ok. Overall Safacil sucks. They lock funds. Withdrawals via MonCash and Natcash take forever. They don't respect their words. The website says a MonCash withdrawal is complete within 10 minutes to 24 hours. I have been waiting for 30+ hours. I would think that the service would be better cause they created their own crypto, yet service is even worst. Due to my experiences already, I will not be buying or investing in their SAEX.
