Website let me book an internal flight to an airstrip that was no longer available but Safarisoko team were very helpful and efficient in changing to another airstrip on same days at no extra cost.

Great customer service
We had booked plane tickets from a specific airport in Mara and later realised that we needed to book it from another airstrip in Mara. I contacted them on whatsapp and someone responded, contacted the air carrier and made changes. There was no big speech just action which spoke louder than any words. Thank you Safarisoko for your help. Much appreciated
