I have been chasing a Debtor for 5.6 years over a personal loan. The process has been exhausting at every turn. Circling back after repeated failed 'enforcement companies' and finding some renewed energy, I turned to Safe Collections based on their online reviews and enquired over the weekend. On the following Monday, Adam called me and was without doubt the most helpful person I have spoken with in the process. Reaffirming his recommendation over and above personal profit, to see my case resolved in the quickest manner. I would strongly recommend any individual or company looking for swift resolve to call Safe Collections as I have done. Pleasantly surprised and grateful for the honesty and help, I am sharing my experience to help others in a similar position.

By a country mile the best collections company I have used in 20 years of commercial business and personal debt collecting. Ann, Adam and the team are efficient, reliable and very responsive. Absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

I really did not expect that anyone can recover my money, mostly because the debtor was in UK and I am in Serbia - did not know how these things works internationally, but thanks to Adam and his team I got my $600 from the debtor. :) I am very happy with their service, their professionalism and fair treatment.

Adam and his team from start to finish were exceptional in collecting unpaid invoices from a Spanish client who were 7 months in arrears. Within 8 working days after engaging the services of Safe Collections and their specialist legal team in Spain the client paid the outstanding amount. Really pleased with the outcome and the fees charged were reasonable and fair.

Strangely enough, my dealings with them, Adam in particular, have not led to them onboarding me as a client, but the manner in which they dealt with me prior to becoming a potential client speaks volumes of their values and business culture.

I had obtained a County Court Judgement (CCJ) against the debtor which failed to obtain payment and was confused by the next steps available. I called Safe Collections and talked to Adam. I felt reassured by his open manner and clear description of the options and fees. It was not easy to get paid on this debt however Safe Collections stuck to the task and communicated well throughout the process.
