Safepro delivered my window breakers very quickly. The items themselves are very good quality, they do exactly as they are supposed to. I experimented on the glass provided by SafePro and also on a car window that I had in my collection of classic car parts.

I have only used the tool with the test glass that comes with the Product. I did find the manual in a follow up email so I am editing my negative review. It is a very nice product that does what it is intended to do.

Nice bit of kit that brings peace of mind
I really love the overall look and feel, and peace of mind this brings.
The device looks study and durable and mounts easily in the car.
I now have one in each car, my jacket pocket, my mother in laws car and my sisters car.
I havent (and hope I never have to) had to use this in a real world scenareo, so cant comment on that but I can say I think every car should have one.

I bought 8 of these as stocking fillers for my family. It’s good to know you have given them the best chance of getting out of a car in an emergency. The ordering was simple and the company’s communications are 2nd to none. The tiniest down side for me was that they are 2 to a box and so difficult to gift individually.

It’s also possible that the user manual and instruction video we sent after your order ended up in your spam folder by accident. These materials clearly show how to test and use the SafePro X safely and effectively.
