PURE SCAM
They blocked my account without any warning, pretending i was sending coins with an outdated node and causing issue with the pool (roughly 5$ of coins in total...).
After many days of playing with the customer service, i decided to let them cancel my trade, which made me loose my coins AND the 5$ i traded with. They unblocked my account and i found that they ALSO DRAINED ALL MY 150$ USDT in my account and for no reasons, and now they don't answer me anymore

this is secod time i will write abot safe trade are 1000% scammers ... and its them who write positive review none will have good to say in positive way ,they just simply professional scammers ... right now as we speack they run another scam pretending someone try to hack account but they will protect and insure people funds ..
but just scamming to take over your crypto account ...
they stole over $10k from me before ... long story to explain , but those guys needed to get arrested .. they running big scam ... they sould be in jail ...
please dont fall of thier tricks and they have answer for everything .. i report them to CYBER CRIME .. but its not enough to get them arrested

Good morning they can improve by being honest to there members up front and stop string along . They can set a withdrawal limit, or set a mandate that all members must make a deposit to there account on a monthly basis,and be more in tune to what is affecting the member each case may be different.be will to make consistent move to resolve it.and this issue where members money is not being found when sent is been a while that is happening by now they should have had that under control because this issue has been ongoing since 2022 , lots of person send there funds and u find it after months.

I invested close to 6000 USDT coins to this company who encouraged me to refer person to get 15% per referral. They said you were free to withdraw when ever you wanted which was a lie. When I attempted to make a withdrawal the company support team blocked it saying my downliners were not verified and after they paid 1300 USDT BEP 20 coins only then we would be able to withdraw.
I secured a loan because the support team asked me to come up with 8880 USDT BEP 20 coins and send it in to the main wallet address so they can split verify each individual and this wasn’t done. I verified the information before sending in the coins with there support staff and they keep asking for more making claims of not receiving. When you do a trace on the coins BSC scan site it shows successful transaction.
Their support team is the most unhelpful team they never answers direct questions rather beat around the bushes. The entire site lacks transparency, and is very unsupportive of the investors. They take your funds and then never approve any withdrawals but rather ask for more.

SafeTrade is a very good and reliable exchange. They offer live support in their Discord and Telegram channel and any issue I ever had was resolved quickly.

I deposited .01 to try it out, and they don't have eth/usdt to swap, so I'm stuck with that fee.
unless I want to use a blockchain I've never heard of, which is a scam (I found out after looking it up and asking various sources)

Crypto out does not work on this platform only indicates confirmation this takes 2 days and now still nothing while network from qubic to qubic should be arranged within 10min via other exchange that says a lot about this platform . Bit emailed back and forth answer coins are stuck no explanation why only VAST bad experiences too bad there could not give a star

This website must be fake! I transfered 1000 EVR to the wallet specified when I klicked on "deposit" and nothing has shown there.

I got scammed over $10.000 from them & they will use all techniques to get money from you ..
With me they start that I couldn’t access my account.. their excuses was it’s under safe mode maintenance to get it running properly I must put $1496 they using strange amount number to sounds more accurate..
Eventually I had to , because I already put $1000 so I want to retrieve it ..
While was transferred the money still couldn’t access my account with them .. they saying because we use ethruim platform instead of i think xrp platform…so to do so I must get 1 eth to push it through ..
I got confused saying sounds you guys are scammers , they keep trying to convince me are not ..
I said ok can I use any amount just $300 they insist must be full one eth coin ..at this stage I wasn’t happy…then they pretend supervisor talking to me & apologizing etc..
His name Chris .. by the way they using fake names.. it’s not true names they are pure scammers..
So eventually i bought 1eth again saying didn’t work & they blaming the girl who I was dealing with & they going to stood her down from work & someone else will take over ..
And been apologized.. at this point I’m down with almost $5000 ..
So to fix the problem I need to get eth coin & 2 bnb to my trust wallet..
I was annoyed about it ,but they convinced me it’s in my trust wallet..
All they need those coins should go through and can retrieve from trust wallet..
After hard thought and my $5000 missing & they got me hard now ,because my money gone..
So eventually I got trust wallet & they saying that trust wallet doesn’t have lot transactions so need to install new one & do transaction from safe trade to my trust wallet..
At this point I’m so desperate to get my funds ..
So manager also involved ..but they all laying.. there’s no manager or whatever .. a group of con artists scammers with fake names ..
So I get another 1 eth & 2 bnb .. before that that have manually scrpit how to convince me .. why should I use 1 eth 2bn .. they using technical phrases..
So eventually transfer my funds to trust wallet & they merged my wallet to safe trade & they took all the coins from there ..because they have access to my trust wallet saying they trying to make way direct to trust wallet to get funds ..at this point was obvious are scammers… but I don’t know why I froze not thinking straight..
Then they blaming got hacked.. I don’t want to believe it anymore because it reach over $10000 ..
And to fix all I need to put $600 gas money ..
I told them it’s scam & I will contact police for this scams ..later on they send me msg asking me to install safepal app they retrieve my money just over $10k ..
and they trying hard ..
At this stage I got nothing to loose anymore.. I get safeplal with my name in account $ 10000 ..
Still not convinced & they asking ok to get all my funds I need to get $629 cas money..
I said it doesn’t make any sense.. what cas money.. is it petrol station !!
They keep saying it’s up to you .,
I replied I don’t have money & i have been broke & i have my family & I have little kids to look after them since I’m single father ..
After while saying ok give us cas money later after you get all you funds ..
I Only need to put just $147 ..
$147 wasn’t much at all but i couldn’t trust them anymore ..
I dint know what they were trying to do or next scam move .. I started worried might hake my phone with some link or bug …so i deleted trust wallet & safe pal ..
Before I deleted safe pal they saying must hurry up otherwise i will loose all this money & can’t retrieve again….after 24 hours will be gone .. I didn’t respond..
After 24 hours that money still there didn’t go anywhere..
So I guarantee to you are 1000% professional scammers.. they using fake names & telegram….with telegram can’t trace scammers very hard ..
They don’t have license to trade or be broker .,
They don’t have physical address .,
Not even websites ..
I just want people not to loose money through them .,
They will take your money & you can’t withdraw money.. they will use excuses..
Remember they using fake names

they locked my account with no reason. i want my $17000. give me my money back or i go to authorities

the exchange is a honeypot. full of bugs, they blocked my account and took all my funds. dont use it

Perfect and fast Support. Don’t get the Bad comments.

In general an easy to handle platform with some issues. I wanted to transfer my Qubic tokens, but did not received the email with the validation code. Contacted the support many times. First they answered a few times with some questions and then stopped answering. The problem was not solved for weeks. But finally it was solved and that's most important.

I will stay with them.

So far my experience with using safe.trade has been terrible. My latest ticket number with them is 22472. I have logged numerous tickets with them. First the 2 batches out of 30 of 800 GRC coins experienced an error while withdrawing and were locked. I contacted them and they fixed it after a day, but my 30k+ of grc withdrawals are still showing as confirmation pending despite the fact that I have received them. Next one of my XMR deposits was not received I contacted them and they fixed the issue after a day or two. After that I deposited XMR again to buy GRC and it has still not been received after 2568 verifications now. XMR TxId: c65fd9dee56e7e1f47f22c6822fb1a65d7349fcee11714dcb6e9a2de5c04be0a

The email responses from their support person Chris mention one should use the live Telegram chat. I signed up with Telegram, joined the group, and enquired about the first missing XMR deposit. Chris responded saying he passed that query on to a Dev. I was then banned from replying to the Group on Teleagram till the 12th of may, due to a complaint made from the group.

Since I could not post to the group, I then DM'd Chris instead when my next XMR deposit went missing(after they fixed the first XMR deposit). The message was received by his account, I got no response though, and I was then banned from sending DMs till the 12th because of a complaint made about my DM.

Aside from that my account also almost got hacked by a scammer on that Telegram group sending channel and support member impersonated phishing DMs. First they state you need to escalate to the dev by clicking on a url that leads to a replica safe.trade support site, you try to login and get a 500 server error(they gained your pwd), at the same time they say they need your 2fa code. If they get your 2fa code they'll tell you it expired and use it to login and request a 2fa deactivation on the account. Thankfully the site sends a separate email with a code for the 2fa deactivation request. That was not sent back to the scammer and thankfully I could just change the acc pwd, log them out, lock them out, etc.

So far freiexchange.com has been working well with out any errors.

safe.trade has a btc and a usdt grc market which was useful, whereas "freiexchange" only has a btc grc market. The GRC trade volumes on "freiexchange" seem to be slightly higher and with a bit of patience the lesser price precision of trading grc for btc instead of usdt is not too much of a problem.

Update. SafeTrade did help me to further investigate the second XMR deposit issue I had today. We found that the second XMR deposit was received and was added to my balance. They used a tool to do a deposit spent recon and I did a manual deposit spent recon. So all my funds with them are accounted for at the moment.

I transferred ~50$ of btc, then couldn't log in, they said they sent me a code to my mail that never arrived (I tried multiple times).
Seems like the money is lost

Just made a 1,000 usdt transfer from Binance to Safe, using the BSC. It arrived in a couple of minutes, no problem. Placed an order for PLS, no problem.

No KYC,and easy to use. Big thumbs up! It will be interesting to see if they have the liquidity I need in various tokens
