Absolutely outstanding course!!
Enjoyed every minute of it, very engaging and literal.
The course made me come away feeling very confident to do first aid and I know how efficiently how to carry this out.
Easily understood and very informative.
Straight the point course which adds to it being easily understood.
I would give this 5++++ stars but doesn’t allow me😂.

Great 3 day course with Stuart, made us all feel relaxed, 10/10 for his demonstrations and acting skills, would highly recommend Safeaid Services.

Great two days first aid training again. Felt safe during these covid times. Instructor Stuart is excellent in putting you at ease. He delivers the course in a fun but informative manner ensuring you understand before he moves on building your confidence throughout.

We had Safeaid Services come in again and do our company's emergency 1st Aid at Work refresher on 15th June 2021 for our staff team. Impressed the training was regulated and CQC / OFSTED compliant. As the responsible person for booking this training and attending this personally, I cannot explain just how good it was. From the ease of the booking experience with Lisa, excellent customer service to the actual delivery of the training, everything was complete professionalism. Hands down the best days training I've attended in the last 20 years. Well organised, factual, informative, interesting, funny, inclusive, well paced, focussed with lots of practical examples this company have clearly built an outstanding days training based on HOW people learn best. The end of course assessment paid testament to that - everyone passed with high marks and loads of positive feedback. Safeaid have also adapted to COVID-19 with all participants receiving their own new resuscitation doll in line with industry standards for the pandemic, wipes etc. All given separate bag containing training aids also. Thanks for a great day Stuart. Highly recommend Safeaid Services for all things 1st Aid & Fire training wise. See you again in the future.

Superb 2 day course delivered by safeaid. Excellent course coverage as well as realistic scenarios. The trainer was very helpful and informative giving great confidence to use new skills. Would highly recommend 🙂

A superb two day first aid course in a very covid safe environment. I feel much more confident at delivering first aid now and look forward to the refresher course next year! Food in canteen was great too! 😁

Recently done a level 3 first aid course and it was delivered brilliantly and to a high quality. The course instructor had lots of knowledge and tips and stories which helps deliver some great points across. The equipment was up to date and very clean and to a very high quality.

The pediatric first aid course was brilliant. It was well run, covid safe and the course leader made you feel at ease. Would recommend to everyone. Best course I have been on and I've been doing them for around 20years.

Great place to do first aid course. Stuart kept us all engaged and I came away feeling confident to do first aid at work now. The covid adaptions worked well felt safe and enjoyed both days!

2 day paediatric first aid course. Stuart kept a good pace and had a great sense of humour which helped me to retain information and feel confident in the training. I left the training feeling sure I could manage most first aid situations with more confidence than before. Thank you

Fantastic first aid course. I did a 2 day first aid at work certificate. Content was very good and the instructor Stuart was excellent. He made it fun and enjoyable whilst still teaching us what we needs to know. I was anxious about Covid but all precautions we great, we had our own dummies for CPR and own wipes, bandages and dressings. We even had screens between each seat and less people in the room than normal. Stuart puts you at ease and is very accommodating. Would highly recommend Safeaid Services. Thank you for everything. Will see you next year for the refresher.

This company and its staff are amazing!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants or needs first aid training.
The level of service provided is excellent - even during COVID; all safety precautions were taken and there were no concerns in that area; I didn't feel as though the quality of training was affected at all.
It doesn't matter which of the trainers I've had, they always put me at ease and ensure the training is sympathetic, enjoyable and most of all effective.
They are approachable and more than willing to go over something until you are all happy and satisfied. Their people skills make all the difference - they are funny and attentive and you can see how important it is to them that not only you learn what you need to, but that they do it in a way that ensures you feel able to put these skills to use practically in the real world.
Even for the most nervous of us that attend, they instil a level of confidence in our abilities that enable us to provide successful, high quality first aid.

I attended this course as a renewal of my first aid skills but was a little concerned about the practical this time because of Covid. There was no need to worry, we had our own equipment - CPR dummies, wipes, bandages, etc. The group was a lot smaller (6) and a screen was between each person. Stuart put us all at ease and explained everything clearly (without lots of fancy jargon) and demonstrated what he could with a few laughs along the way. Would highly recommend this course. Canteen chips are fab as well!

I have just completed my first ever Paediatric First Aid QCF course with Safeaid, with Stuart as the instructor/teacher. He was very knowledgable, approachable and helpful. But more than that he made everything very practical, realistic and fun which I think is very important for such a serious course. Thanks Stuart! Would definitely recommend this company.

I was a little hesitant about attending a first aid course during a pandemic. It was my first time attending any first aid course and I thought how are we going to be able to socially distance in a room where we have to practice CPR? Turns out, really easily. We were provided with our own CPR doll which we were responsible for the whole course and Stuart (our safeaid trainer) put everything so simply it was easy to remember everything. Made it interesting too. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

My 2 day first aid re fresher course was really informative and useful. We were provided ith our own equipment and government social distance guidelines were followed.
We were made to feel relaxed throughout the course and made aware that if we had any questions or queries we were not comfortable raising infront of others, then we could do it confidentially.
You learn in a clean, relaxing and friendly environment . I would highly recommend.

Just completed my 2 day 1st aid refresher. Brilliant course, adaptable to meet the needs of those attending. Time taken to discuss and ensure all understand. The facility and trainer Stuart followed all the guidelines for Covid-19, so also felt very safe to be able to do the practical element of the course.
Highly recommended to anyone who needs to undertake their first aid provision for their organisation.
