not able to remove a simple stain on carpet, chap did not seem to know what he was doing, kept saying that they don't guarantee their work, which did not give me confidence, could not clean the chairs, which I could with good old Aldi pink spray.. I have had chairs and carpet cleaned before, and all good, heaven knows why I went with this company, never again.
The cleaning was quoted at $120 for spot cleaning of a water soluble stain. I thought a bit expensive but needed the job done. Upon arrival the job cost increased to $200, it took 10minutes to compete. The whole experience was offensive. Go directly to a cleaning company. Do not use Clean Safe Cleaning Services, they are a third party business employing contractors.
They are scammer. Did a shitty job and when we called back asking them to fix it they said we don’t care.
