Really happy with the products. Containers are indeed nonspill and milk warmer easy to clean. Gives great foam for my coffee and my kids are drinking their milk with a lot of pleasure again.

Fantastic service. I ordered glass containers for food storage and unfortunately the smallest container arrived damaged. I contacted CS and they were super quick in solving my issue and offered solution above my expectations. For sure will be ordering there again and I recommend this shop 100%.

Terrible alarm sounds
Great foam but initially the alarm sounds were way too intrusive and not adjustable. It even didnt stop loudly beeping when picking up the can! However, after complaining I received a new one as it turned out that my product only could reproduce the alarm mode instead of the nirmal operation mode. Super happy with the way they dealt with it. Very friendly communication as well!

After 14 months of usage the upper plate of my grill stopped working. Contacted Safecourt with that issue since the garantie period is 2 years. They asked some photos and videos. After forth-and-back they decided to send a new grill. Really satisfied with kitchenware and service! Recommend

Bad quality and customer service
My mixer stopped working after only a few weeks. I contacted customer service, and they asked me for pictures and told me they would send me a replacement after seeing the pictures. I did not receive anything, so I contacted them again, and they ghosted me. I contacted them a few times to inquire whether something went wrong with the shipment, but they never replied to me anymore.
Update:
Safecourt contacted me, as can be seen below. However, they told me again that they shipped a replacement item, but they never sent a tracking link, and I did not receive anything. As before, they are ignoring my emails. I would have preferred if they had just told me that they cannot send me a replacement instead of leading me on like this.
