Richard Kane with thick south Asian accent was helping me and promised a $350 all I clusive price for a transport job.
Later I felt this was worse than bait and switch.
He tried to charge more than double the price many times. And I finally asked the deposit to be refunded. Then a week later he asked if he would transport my car for $750. I said NO in a txt.
The next day, a truck showed up at my door asking for money!?! I told the carrier that I didn't order this and showed them the txt. And my nice broker whose name is Richard didn't pick up phone calls at all.
So the truck left with My car. I feel bad for the carrier also because they probably got scammed.
This really worries me and I don't know what's going to happy next.
Please check reviews of this company before you do business with them. They have a smart way of hiding bad Google reviews but you can find more authentic reviews on sites like yelp and reddit where they can't manipulate.

Shakedown after contract was signed
Rep continuously promised a specific pickup date and price. I also asked for a legal citizen driver who spoke English. I signed a contract and paid a deposit. Then Safeeds rep shook me down before vehicle pickup and attempted to charge me 60% more (from $1000 to $1600) AFTER I signed the contract. Plus, the driver did not speak English and it was an ongoing issue trying to communicate with the driver. I submitted this complaint to Safeeds with no effort on their part to improve or help.

The worst company to deal with
I I had a signed contract for $650 the night before their transporting my car from Florida to Connecticut they told me they wanted $900. I was stuck because I was leaving for Connecticut the next day so I had to agree on $800 He basically extorted me an extra $150. Do not use this company at all cost

Three problems with my shipment with…
Three problems with my shipment with Daniel White and Safeeds Transport.
1 The original price I contracted with (and paid a deposit on) ballooned over 40% before all was said and done.
2 There was zero follow up and status tracking during the shipment duration. He didn’t even know if it got picked up!
3 I contracted, paid and was promised door-to-door service. However in the last hour of the drive, the driver claimed to not be able to make it to the house. (Without actually seeing the road) after I informed him that we just had another semi truck come through the neighborhood he claimed that he was actually concerned with scratches of other vehicles. I would have believe that except when he departed where we met, he chose to drive down a road with even closer trees instead of the major highway we were next to. When I raised this concern with Daniel, he seemed like he couldn’t care less.

Worse experience ever, Was optimistic about the service and they fully let me down once they shipped My Audi A4 to connecticut from Texas because they picked it up all together in one piece and brought it to me with no bumper..The Driver(Luis Ayala From Massachusetts )admitted that he picked it up and that when he made a stop noticed that the bumper was no longer on the vehicle. He assured me that the company will take care of it because they have insurance and what not and that was my second mistake because afterwards they all avoided my calls and washed their hands with this situation..They are not to trust and they don’t care about taking care of customers as long as they get their money and good review! crooks in fact the worst company to be associated with..Run as fast as you can from them and block them once they reach out because if something were to happen they will leave you out to resolve on your own!
