Low quality stuff selling and scamming people. Price change to U$ after order is placed

Been waiting 2 weeks for a wheelie bin that was to be delivered in 5 days . On looking at reviews online it seems common practice for this company to accept orders that they do not have stock of . I have since had a return phonecall offering me a full refund . But I would warn all do you want to go through the bother

Looking for specific hinges for pedestrian barriers as a private individual was becoming a nightmare.

Took a punt on using "live chat" when Safe Fence came up as being a stockist and it really was genuine "live" chat with an actual human: Jenna.

She sourced what I wanted, checked stock, got a price, set me up for invoicing and 2 days later the order is placed and they are winging their way too me: with a couple of emails and a call to make payment in between.

Not withstanding that the price I paid was wayyy below the few eBay and Trade Counter prices of a couple of high street names that seemed to have them, this personal service made the transaction the best in a long time.
