I spoke with Cameron who was very helpful and polite. my washing machine was clogging up and wasn’t draining correctly turns out it was a simple fix with a new filter.

They rang me to say my cover expires on my washing machine, thankfully I couldn’t update at the time of the call, I told 5em to ring back. Thankfully again I missed that call because when I went back to my policy to renew, I found my cover wasn’t with safeguard it was with a different company and still had 6 months on my plan.
Not sure how this all happened. Tried to finalise with a person called Alex but they added way more fees than we agreed. I told them I’d call them back but after that no answer. I saw they’d tried to take money out of my bank account a few days later! Really disappointed in Alex, he should know better.

Great customer support, very polite and helpful.
Took warranty out with safe guard in November which was lucky as my dishwasher packed up just after Christmas. Really surprised how quickly my dishwasher was replaced. After speaking to a guy named Jacob they had my replacement sent out the same week. Excellent and helpful customer service.
