The length of time that Nope products take to kill the insect varies by species.
Typically, most insects will die within minutes to a few hours once they have come into contact with Nope CP range products, however some can take significantly longer - anywhere from a few hours to a few days due to their physiology.

I have ordered an item from safeguard Europe wait for more than 10 days. Thereafter I received an email. They said that they refund me the amount of the item I didn’t understand. Was the reason no further email explain what’s happened.

Following an investigation, we found that the parcel was returned to our warehouse by our third-party courier without an explanation. Because the shipment could not be completed, we have processed a full refund back to your original payment method. You should see this credit reflected in your account within 3 to 5 working days.
