Rip off company, far Eastern call centre repeatedly phoning trying to take advantage of vulnerable older people.
Similar device to the one they offer is available on social services free of charge.

Letter received to take money out of my account by direct debit joke is never used them so where did they get my details from very concerning just conning elderly folk

Beware have had to engage a solicitor to get my 86 year old mother’s money back when the equipment wasn’t as she was told. Paid to send the stuff back on the promise of a pathetic £147. Weeks and weeks of calls and emails, promises of the refund “actioned” hasn’t materialised so they cannot be trusted. I’m going to get my mums money back no matter what the cost, it’s the principle. Don’t get sucked into their promises that don’t materialise, spread the word on social media to avoid at all costs, use them at your peril

Beware of this company. Following an unsolicited call, my cousin was persuaded to get one of their pendant alarms at a cost of £39.99 plus £29.99/month thereafter. Two direct debit sums were taken, totalling £69.98. On receipt of the pendant, and having been told she was entitled to a similar device free of charge via social services, she immediately returned it, having been told she would be refunded in full if she changed her mind. That was on 21st June, and, despite numerous phone calls, she still hasn't been refunded.

Quality product and great service.

The guys at Safeguard have provided really good service throughout and have always been ready and willing to help answer questions.

The SOS alarm itself works flawlessly and the communication with emergency responders was really simple when it had to be used.

Both myself and my Grandmother would recommend the device to anyone who needs a little extra confidence living independently.

I purchased the pendant alarm for my mother who has been worried to be by herself when I’m not there. This alarm has restored her independence and confidence. The alarm even works outside of the house as well, we couldn’t be happier.
