Got callback the same day I left a voicemail and alarms fitted in my dad’s the next day.

Dealt with Nicholas on the phone and Alan came to fit the alarms. Both really friendly and helpful and Alan had them installed in about 20 minutes, provided certificate and explained how they worked. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone - fantastic company to deal with.

Excellent service from this company. They contacted me a day after I requested a call. Gave me a price over the phone which I thought was excellent value and arranged for them to come the following week. Installed within 20/25 minutes. Kyle was very pleasant and polite young man. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

From beginning to end I was thoroughly impressed by Conar and the team. I was looking to update my home burglar alarm and I’m so glad I did. After some research I was extremely happy with what Conar suggested. I have a much better alarm and one that rivals many of the big names! Conar was extremely professional and easy to get on with so I felt totally valued as a customer. He arrived at the stated time, was courteous and cleared up everything after taking the time to explain how my new alarm worked.

Not only did he do an amazing job with my burglar alarm he also fitted my interlinked smoke alarms!

I forgot my appointment with Nikolas. Completely my fault - I was embarrassed. Got a call whilst at work 40 mins away to say they are at my door. My heart sank. Not my style at all.

Couldn't believe how understanding he was when I said I'm at work and have completely mucked up.

We rearranged and a couple of days later (yesterday) Nikolas arrived spot on time as promised. I immediately apologised and was met with a friendly smile saying 'these things happen'.

He fitted all the detectors and provided me with an Installation Certificate explaining its fully compliant with The Scottish Housing Act and there was a 5 year Guarantee.

Nikolas is very personable. Left zero mess and explained the testing process etc for the alarms.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Well done. Great company! Very impressed from start to finish!

Had the guy out today to fit my interlinked smoke alarms , and was very impressed, fitted them in no time and explained everything, very respectful and pleasant, would 100% recommend this company , great to deal with and kept up to date with everything

Just had Declan out to fit smoke and heat detectors.
Turned up on time - very nice guy. whole process took 30 mins and he demonstrated the alarms and answered all questions.
So glad I asked them to come out.
Very happy. I will be recommending them.

This is a clear example of how a business should be run. Very professional throughout with outstanding customer service. Had dealings with both Conar and Jordan. Jordan was very friendly. Really pleased how professional he was throughout. Called me prior to arrival and no issues with installation explaining all of the next steps. Highly recommend this company. Excellent price too.

I recently had security alarms fitted at home and was a bit anxious that I wouldn’t know how they worked but Conar put me totally at ease and was very respectful of myself and my home. They did a fantastic job no mess and didn’t leave until he was sure I understood everything and how it worked great price too compared to other prices quoted in the past I would definitely recommend to anyone interested they also were not pushy just calmly explaining everything needed and left it for me to decide.
