New Security Install

Antonio was prompt and communicated very well with what time to expect him. He explained everything thoroughly and detailed, the whole process was very smooth. The installer Dominic showed up about an hour later and was honestly one of the funniest people I had ever met. Overall 10/10 experience and I’m glad to be done with ADT.

Our rep John E. was Amazing

My Representative John E. set up mine and my parents home and went above and beyond to make sure all our concerns were addressed. I was skeptical at first based if last experiences with other company’s but John’s professionalism and willingness to listen, made this experience one worth recommending.
