Vest design is way better than I am used to using. The fitment was a little off but the fitment department was able to get me squared away very quickly. Return and replacement was simple and smooth. Panels conform to the body surprisingly well.

The great part of the purchase is the added confidence; knowing I stand a better chance. Knowing I go home. The sad part...I'm a firefighter (Crisis Intervention) having to wear a bullet proof vest in this country.

the inherent problem with this type of product is that you can't really rate it unless you get shot. It is more of an insurance policy. that said, quality is high end, staffing is 2nd to none. you are a high-end mfg.
