The product seems good. I was unable to use it as a concealed vest. It is so thick I couldn't button my shirt over it. I wasn't going to get all new duty shirts to wear this vest unfortunately.

This is my third soft armor purchase. I wear it about 20 hours a week and they have held together fine. The only reason I bought a new one is I gave mine to another coworker.

Can't review product that I have not received yet. Product was in stock at the time of purchase, so I expected to receive it in a timely manner. I might've gone a different route had i had correct information when ordering. I received a request to review their product and as of yet don't know when it's even supposed to ship. I had already shared the Top Shot Dustin video reviewing the new vest to several people and though I couldn't afford that vest, chose the previous model which was still a stretch considering what's going on economically, especially in my highest in the nation cost of living, squeezing everyone including my clientele. I have stopped doing so cause customer service matters. I still have no idea if the product has been shipped but have not received any ship tracking so I doubt it has actually even shipped yet. Keeping people in the loop as to when products are likely to ship, or if there is a delay, make it known. It’s important to creating, keeping and increasing your customer base is not only the right thing to do, but good for business overall. I don't doubt the product is of good quality as I know Dustin would not recommend a product if it was of poor, or deficient quality. It's unlikely I'll change the rating to a 5 or even a 4, once I receive (hopefully soon) the ordered vest. And that's a sad thing to have to say, but even companies that have good products to offer have eventually gone down because of poor customer service and support. Hope they get their act together on that end.

Hello Todd! Your tracking says that USPS tried to deliver your vest 2 days ago and would not because there was no secure location at your residence. The update says they left you a notice on the 6th to come pick it up. We are very sorry if this is inconvenient to you, but we are glad that USPS did not leave your vest in a place it could be stolen. Our computers do automatically trigger reviews once a package is delivered. We are sorry to hear that happened before you got a chance to pick up your vest! We hope you change this review once you get a chance to try it on : )
We will see what the value for the money is if I ever actually need to use it in the situation it was designed for.
