These panels were sent to me because the complete Level III-A vest I ordered arrived with no panels. I called Customer Service and they shipped the missing panels to me immediately by Next Day Air. The panels fit the vest very well and mold easily to my body. Size is perfect. No issues with qualify at all. Good job, Safe Life!

I feel a lot safer now with these 3A+ panels. I haven't gotten shot yet so I can't comment on their effectiveness but I've seen the YouTube videos so I'm pretty confident in them. Just be aware that they are thicker and more stiff than a 3A vest.

These panels appear to be very well made so far - I detected no flaws in the fabric or any other aspect. Each panel in the pair is marked with matching serial numbers and manufacture date, which was the month previous to the month purchased - very acceptable to me.
