Quickly Solved my Problem!
During a recent order of some products from safepal there appeared to be an error message while I was finalizing the order. So, I ordered again assuming it did not go through properly. I ended up inadvertently ordering the same product multiple times as the orders did go through. I wrote to safepal support and they canceled the duplicate order and refunded my payment and solved my concerns in a matter of just an hour! Well done, Safepal. I appreciate the quick customer service.

July 15th, 2023, I received a text from someone I did not know. The following is how the conversation started.
(Thank you for your understanding. I have just found the correct number. Your number is too similar to Mr. XXXXX, only one digit is missing. Meeting you is also a kind of fate, nice to meet you,)
She asked for my WhatsApp number so we could exchange photos. Then our conversation continued as follows.
( i will teach you short term trading the Nodes, when I get a chance because my aunt is a financial analyst and also has a financial team of 20 people and I have never lost any money.)
She introduced me to the SafePal app.
I started with $1,000 trading the nodes as she sent me the trade. She continued to push me to take out loans and loan money from friends and family to increase my account so I could grow my account faster. Once the account was up to $14,500 she offered to loan me $15,000 to bring the account up to 30,000. I gave her my SafePal deposit address. She deposited $15,000 directly into my account. We traded for a few days and brought the account up to $54,708.73 USDT I put in for a $10,000 withdrawal August 30, 2023, my account was Frozen. I contacted support, and the following was their reply.
(The withdrawal operation has been rejected. According to cryptocurrency regulations, users must purchase cryptocurrencies using their real names. Your current account is suspected of illegal money laundering, and you are now using improper means to profit from the platform in violation of cryptocurrency regulations. You need to deposit $15,100 USDT from an external wallet by September 15th. If the deposit is not made, after that time the wallet trading account will be frozen.)
Is this legit or fraudulent? I do not have $15100 USDT to deposit. Please help me unfreeze this account.

Token display issue solved
I had an issue recently with a particular token not displaying correctly on my S1, so I contacted support. The replies were courteous and to the point. My issue was solved within a few days. I am thankful that they have a system in place to resolve issues. I have had my wallet since 2020 and have only had a couple of issues. SafePal is a great wallet. I would recommend. Thanks.

It cannot show the true fee
I want to leave a review to warn people against future regret in using this wallet. When trying to send bitcoin, I was shown a network fee of 30 sat, which then turned into 157 sat. I do not recommend using this wallet as it cannot show the true fee and will always deceive you.
