Loyal Customer since 2017
I have been a loyal customer of Saferide Philippines and almost every year since 2017, I have rented from them. Never have they failed me. I always have a pleasant experience with Saferide. This year, I rented a Wigo for 3 days, and Richard took care of me. The pick up process was smooth and quick, and so was the return. Thank you Richard for excellent customer service!

You're genuinely safe with Saferide
Decent rental vehicles, but the best feature is the staff and the drivers - big shout-out to Rodrigo and Rodgie. You guys made my trip all the better. Sincere thanks to you both (and Rodrigo especially for all the extra driving and availablity when requested - you are a good man).

I have both car rental and airport transfer services provided by Saferide Car Rental ar Cebu branch. I am completely satisfied with their very friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained car and on time airport transfer, especially thanks to staff, Chade, Richard and Drail Mar. Highly recommended!

This car rental agency was a nightmare…
This car rental agency was a nightmare to work with. I was charged extra fees that were not made clear to me when I rented the car, and I was treated and spoken to like dirt, along with the other customers. When I tried to ask about the fees, the personnel treated me condescendingly and eventually stopped answering my questions. I would never suggest this firm since I find them to be dishonest and untrustworthy. Please look elsewhere for a rental car service, as we have found that those who put the customer first and are honest about their rates and terms tend to keep them.

Do not rent here!
BEWARE. They cancelled my car without telling me & KEPT THE ENTIRE RENTAL FEE because I landed 2 hours later than my scheduled booking time, even though I entered my flight number on my reservation so they would know when I landed. I called as soon as I landed to be picked up only to be told it was cancelled—never got an email, call, text, anything. They said their system automatically cancels (and still fully charges) all bookings after 2 hours and there’s nothing they can do about it, & made zero effort to help or rebook since they already had my money. They will not give refunds, so I paid for a week of an SUV I never saw, and was left stranded at an airport in a far away city with a 1 year old baby. Literally a nightmare. Do not trust this company with your money, go with the big trusted rental names who will not rob you and leave you stranded.

One word to describe Saferide is "PERFECT" in every sense. I'm from Australia and for every Aussies (or anyone for that matter) out there wanting to rent a vehicle of all types I very highly recommend Saferide for the lowest price, exceptional service and high quality vehicle. I have done my homework 8 months before going to the Philippines and Saferide promptly answered any of my questions and concerns. More success to everyone at Saferide my trip was a lot more better than expected.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Bait and switch, they give one price online and triple it in the office. No one to return the car to and ride back to the airport, almost missed my flight. Additional charges kept coming even after return confirmed. Very shady office. I wouldn't trust them at all.
