Would not recommend. Were not clear about costs and then tried to overcharge me. Supposed to get annual maintenance but nobody ever contacted me then they charge me for the period which I ended up having to pay so that I could change to a better company. Do not use

Outstanding service from start to finish. Each employee I dealt with were so friendly, efficient and helpful. Communication was spot on throughout. The whole experience was so smooth. Shout out to our alarm installer who was even more than happy to help us after hours with the mobile app. Thank you SSS. Thoroughly recommend!

Since Safe Simple Secure fitted our alarm it’s been completely reliable and dependable. We were impressed by the professionalism of the team along with their knowledge and experience. Each year we’ve had them service the alarm system along with several upgrades to cameras, lights and PIRs. We love that we can use an app to control the alarm. Appointments are attended on time and the works are fully described before starting. If only more companies did the same.

New heat and smoke alarms installed within 2 days of enquiring. Very helpful, friendly and responsive service from Amy in the office and Martin who installed the alarms. Easy to pay on line with a payment button on the invoice.

Had an alarm installed by them in 2019. Had to change a battery in a sensor last year, which apparently requires an engineer reset. Called them to arrange a reset, a helpful gentleman called back with the code so I could do it myself. Fast forward to now, same situation, called for the code as I hadn't written it down last year, only to be told I would have to sign up to a maintenance contract if I wanted it reset, effectively bricking my alarm system unless I pay them. No mention of any of this when I had the alarm installed. Scam company that should be avoided at all costs.

Highly recommended! SSS replaced our property alarm system and were a delight to deal with throughout. From the knowledgable advice on system choice,the prompt efficient service to the quality and value of the system installed.

I have used Safe Simple Secure for a number of years now and recently added another camera to my system. Michael Easter carried out another fuss-free installation, listening to what I wanted from the system and making adjustments to meet my requirements. Tommy Fraser was the installer who arrived at my company premises to carry out the CCTV and alarm installation.
Like the title states, he carried out the work in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. Best camera layout and set up of the system was planned in minutes and then installed before I knew it.
There was no changing of installation dates or times, he arrived when he said he would and did exactly what I was looking for.
Even down to the software configuration, thanks to Tommy, I’m now in a position where I understand the system and can adapt it to any changes I make to the premises.

Tommy Fraser (Simple Safe Secure) has now done work for us at three consecutive properties we’ve lived in. They fitted 3 security doors with fob access and a wireless intercom in our residential building, and it all works perfectly.
Really impressed with the service provided, they went the extra mile to program fobs and show us how to program the units so we can manage it ourselves. Highly recommended.
