The technician was very kind
The technician was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about his work. However, I am not completely satisfied because when I received the operator’s call offering their services, I was told that the equipment already installed in the house (model home) would remain, and I was asked if I was interested in continuing with it. I said yes, and I was told that I would need to make an initial payment and that the service would continue under my name. They also said a technician would be sent to finish adding the remaining equipment.
When the technician arrived, he showed me all the equipment and began installing it, since I had agreed. However, it turned out that I now have financed equipment, paying an additional monthly fee on top of the security service, and this was never explained to me. I was only asked if I wanted to continue with the equipment that was already in the house.

Timely, professional and quick service! I submitted the contact form on ADTs website. I was contacted within the hour, had an appointment scheduled within 30 minutes. They even worked with my budget as a new business owner. I had to make changes to my appointment and the squeezed me in a week ahead of time.
