Made an order online which I was unable to track; phoned and told it will be delivered that day but it was not asked for a cancellation & refund waiting to see I’ll keep you posted in replies, I phoned the enquiry number on Monday 27th and spoke with a lady who identified herself as the owner of the company who said my delivery would be with me on that day, hence me sitting in my house for 16 hours, I don’t understand why you have suggested I have lied? I have received my refund thanks and then the order turned up and told the postman to RTS. A helpful suggestion is to work on your customer service and relations

It was quick and easy to order, average quality
It was quick and easy to order, and they came pretty quick, however I would say that the quality of them was not great, and I would probably say that it was average quality. The mediums size jackets that I bought seemed a little small than a normal medium, but I can still fit into them.

Opted for economy delivery (cheapest one) and 3 days later theres the postie knocking on my door with my new work jacket. First class service from Regus at an economy price.
