Fantastic training
I was just wanting to send a commendation for Paul who provided BLS training to us in Southampton. Paul was exceptional and this is the best training I have attended. It was pitched perfectly and was very thorough. Paul had a wonderful way of engaging everyone in the room, remembering our names and personalising this. No only was he approachable and gave courage for those who might be a little nervous to attempt, engage and ask questions but gave positive praise and feedback and boosted confidence of the team which really increased their learning. He was so professional and went through each stage of training thoroughly in an order which flowed wonderfully. A lovely man, an absolute gentleman and a fantastic trainer. Please do pass on our thanks to him.
