Portwest PS24 too small to fit over adult prescription glasses
Ordered some Portwest PS24 Peak OTG safety glasses, cost £12.52 including postage, to be worn over prescription glasses.
The safety glasses took more than a week to arrive.
Cut open the sealed package the glasses are in to find the glasses were too small to fit over the prescription glasses, and only covered half of the prescription glasses. The safety glasses on their own only covered half my eyes when the prescription glasses weren't fitted. There is no way of adjusting the safety glasses that I can see to lower them enough to work as safety glasses.
Wanted to send them back, but the postage to do so was nearly the same price as the glasses. There is also a possibility the return would be rejected as I had to cut the packaging to try the glasses on. Returns are only excepted if the glasses are in a resalable condition, and the packaging wasn't resalable condition. So will not be returning them.
Obtained OTG safety glasses the next day from a different site and they fit correctly.

As per our emails to you, we will be more than happy to process your return. Also please note that, although we do require the item to be in a reseallable condition, we do appreciate the inner seal had to be opened in order for you to gain access to the safety glasses.
