Always deliver on time
Always deliver on time, used them on numerous occasions now & never had a single issue. Quality of product is good & the delivery is always on the same date they say will deliver. Never had to chase them once or ring customer services.

Amazing Customer Service
If I could give 10 stars today I would. Amazing Customer Service. I had an issue (which I have to say was absolutely nothing to do with SLG) which they have resolved in record time with no quibbles.
The products are also top notch, they really do make wearing a mask for sports that much easier.
Give SLG a try you will not be disappointed.

Poor delivery, poor after sales & poor customer service.
I placed an order and paid for next day delivery, the package was apparently left behind on a pallet by DPD, I chased up safety lifting gear and questioned them and they said it was left behind and apologies and would upgrade it to an AM delivery next day, they didn't upgrade it! It arrived in the afternoon with no priority service anywhere near it.
I questioned if I would get a postage refund which was confirmed, all they refunded me was the difference between next day and regular carriage even though they weren't delivered when I required them.
I'm no longer using personally and I will ensure that when I use my procurement framework for anything for work I will tell them to avoid this company at all costs!!!

We can confirm that your delivery was upgraded however in the current climate we cannot guarantee this will be met by the courier as advised on our website. In the correspondence with you via email it seemed you were happy with how this was dealt with so we are sorry to have received your negative review.

Fantastic mask
Fantastic mask. Over the last 7/8 months since the start of the pandemic i have bought numerous masks and struggled to breath freely with any of them. In my search of believing there is one out there somewhere i took a punt at this one - eureka - a mask you can breathe in. Plan to buy another for myself and one for my 92 year old mum as i believe she would also easily tolerate this mask. Fast service too.
