Wasn't impressed at all
Wasn't impressed at all when my item got here the packaging was battered and the razor handle completley exposed. No time to send it back as it was for a gift. They did refund my Postage charge but I will no buy from here again.

The packaging of your item was damaged in transport and while I appreciate the inconvenience this caused you, as you explained the gift was needed the day you got in touch with us there wasn't much we could do in terms of sending out new packaging (or indeed razor handle had the item itself been damaged, luckily that wasn't the case).
With this in mind I refunded you your postage to cover the costs of a presentation box you bought yourself, and I offered a discount code for your next purchase should you wish to try us again. I will uphold that offer too and hope you do give us another go. Things get damaged in transport from time to time but I'd like to think it's how you remedy that situation that reflects on your customer service.
