Ordered a pair of Uvex safety glasses. I then realised after ordering, there was an error with my prescription meaning I had ordered the incorrect strength. David & the team put my order on pause while they contacted the opticians (Marks & Spencer) to resolve the issue. After a retest, and providing an updated/correct prescription the glasses have arrived. Very happy all round.

Have now purchased two pairs of prescrption safety glasses from safetyspecs.co.uk, one standard, the other varifocals, received my order within 2 weeks and have found the process to be easy and the service excellent.
Would highly recommend.

So I ordered my prescription safety sunglasses on Friday afternoon, 8 days later they are here! well please with them. I was thinking it would take 2-3weeks, even spoke to David on the Friday regarding my order nice bloke great customer service would highly recommend this company.

When I ordered the glasses, I found the whole process easy to follow. The pair for carrying out the measurements arrived within days. Eventually I received the glasses with a note inside from David saying that there was slight damage to the coating that I had asked for and that another pair would be sent from the manufacturers FOC. Well I've looked and I cannot see any damage and it certainly doesn't affect the glasses. The new pair turned up today and they are perfect.
I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. The whole process was a hassle free and the communication fantastic. Would highly recommend.
