Online ordering was nice and easy
Online ordering was nice and easy, decent product description and good pictures. I would probably like a picture of both sides off the order as this is not something I am always fitting and it would have helped reassure me I had the correct part.
Also I don't know if I just missed it in emails but I had no VAT receipt included. A simple email to sales though and I was provided with one very quickly. All in all a good experience

Very quick delivery to the Netherlands
Very quick delivery to the Netherlands. Everything intact. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that I got a customs charge of 20% on top of what I paid, which could've been communicated (or given me a note of in the checkout process).
