In 2 to 3 years of paying for this…

In 2 to 3 years of paying for this service, I just filed a small claim only to find they had changed my home country without my knowledge or approval and then told me my claim was no good because of my home country. They are impossible to deal with and went out of their way to give me every excuse not to pay my claim.

Totally useless, don’t buy it

Totally useless. Their contact support is terrible. They don’t only refused to pay with a small health issue while abroad. They requested more and more information until it was impossible to provide it to them. This is how they operate.

Pricing used to be competitive, no more...

They used to have really competitive pricing compared to other insurance companies. Now they are one of the most expensive options.
Customer service is good though but not worth the premium prices.

The best company you can go for. 24/7 support with everything you need. Everything is written out in a simple and clear way so you understand what you're actually insured for. Most importantly if you have to do a claim they respond super quick and take care of you. I fully recommend Safety Wing.

The site is not as user friendly

The site is not as user friendly as you would think. This will be my second time using and subscribing for the service but I had to always initiate a chat and speak with a representative to find what you would hope would be something easy to locate on the actual website itself. But it is a little blurb or icon that is not clearly marked because it seems that it may be an option that they do not wish you to fully engage with. If you have a great product all around make it easy to use your website to subscribe.

Had a little problem during signing up and proceeding to payment. The support team got the problem solved within a matter of a few hours. Smooth process overall and good prices if you’re going somewhere for a few days.
