I traded on this exchange until my account was over $11000 USDT. I tried to withdraw and they rejected my withdrawals. Then they removed my ability to withdraw and disconnected customer service. They did the same thing to my son though he lost only $600 USDT. I filed every complaint I could but this exchange is a SCAM.
I was so unlucky to fall into their cheap lies. you wont get paid after you deposit, just as i was hoodwinked of a significant amount.

Safex is a fraudulent scam exchange. In September, I successfully made 15,200 USD on a targeted position in futures. Afterwards, Safex blocked my account for 30 days. Today, they closed the account I'd held since September, but stole all the profits I'd earned honestly and without violations. Beware of this exchange; it doesn't let you earn money. I'm not the only one whose account was blocked and all profits stolen. We are currently preparing collective appeals to crypto trader communities, the SEC, and FATF, as well as review sites, to expose this scam exchange. I can provide all the evidence. If anyone else has been robbed by this exchange, please contact me privately. We will collectively prepare a lawsuit and appeal to the authorities to either return our funds or shut down this scam exchange. If it doesn't give you profits, it's only interested in your losses.
Do not deposit or trade on this platform. As soon as you close a position with a positive PNL, these scammers will take your hard-earned funds. September 12, 2025 I was robbed for the second time on this platform. These robbers should be behind bars.
these are scammers from the MACT company. they closed the platform for withdrawing money and blocked everything. there were big promotions, even though the money was raked and everything was frozen
Thieves and scammers. Do not deposit money there under any circumstances. They only work for replenishment. They do not work for withdrawal. I won $80 - they blocked it and did not give it back. A friend of mine lost more than $20,000 with them, and when he decided to withdraw $500 back - they blocked him and did not give it back
On August 13, All the futures position opened on SAFEX exchange have been closed in market without any reason.
Exchange accepted that's a miss from their end and compensate for the loss.
After a discussion, received only 50% of compensation. Don't keep your funds there.
It seems like almost all my savings are now stuck on this exchange. I honestly have no idea what’s going on. I made my first profit (still overall at a loss), tried to withdraw and my account got frozen. Support gave no clear explanation, just said they’ll “recheck” my KYC for 30 days
I already passed their advanced KYC with full documents and confirmations just a month ago. I can do any verifications, whatever. I'll keep posting information as soon as I get updates from their side but I strongly suggest to stay away from it if you’re a real trader
