Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. The images in their website shows something and the product you receive is different and they do not respond to your Whatsapp messages nor to your emails. They don't have any contact number too.

I ordered Freestyle Bike from Safqqa on…

I ordered Freestyle Bike from Safqqa on 08-09-2024 i just received email from Safqqa confirm the order. after that there is no email or tracking number to track my order. its almost 4days today still no confirmation about my order when and how much time it will take to deliver my order. This is my first experience with Safqqa.com. I will not buy any item from this website next time. I don't know whether i will receive my order or not. I loss my Money.

Customer support is very bad

I ordered Pandora bracelet and ring from this site. When I received, the size of the bracelet was much bigger than expected. I ordered size 19 but it was visibly bigger. It came with an old pandora box and the bracelet was in a plastic ziplock bag and the white sticker that should contain the size information was partially removed so the size wasn't written anywhere. Since I knew the size was wrong, I measure it myself and turned out it was size 21. So I went to the website and tried to innitiate the return request but couldn't for the reason: unpaid product. Of course I paid! I paid the whold amount to the driver because I ordered COD. If I hadn't paid, the drive wouldn't have handed me the product obviously...
After that, I contact their whatsup number but the response is so slow that everytime I message, the guy says, "let me check and get back to you." It's very frustrating that it takes so long just to initiate the return which is due to their fault of sending me the wrong size.
I also tried to contact through email but they are ok with return but they ask me to PAY for the product before I can return...
When I reply to say that I have already paid in replying to the message, I get the notification "Your message to contact at safqqa.com couldn't be delivered.
contact wasn't found at safqqa.com."
At first I was thrilled to have found this website to get the cheaper price for brand products but since their QC and CS is horrible, I can't recommend to anyone and I don't think I will buy from them again.
If you are lucky that you get what you want for cheap price and no need for return, it's fantastic but if it happens that you have to return a product or contact CS, expect nightmare.

Item was used and register under a previous owner

I bought a camera. When I received it I realised it was not new, had been opened and was wrapped in plastic paper. To avoid the hassle of returning it I decided to see if it worked normally but I must be an stolen security camera because it had been registered under someone's email and phone and it could only be used with that account. No way to contact Safqqa. No phone numbers, the physical address in Google maps is fake, no answer to email or online form. They only replied to WhatsApp but in such a slow way that you cannot maintain a conversation, only to keep you trying. Be very careful buying anything in this webpage.

Ordered Plyo box and it came after 2…

Ordered Plyo box and it came after 2 days without screws! I couldnt find the way to contact customer service ((
I wrote 2 messages online, didn't receive even email to track conversation.
To return my order, I had to log in by email, not by phone number ( when I ordered, they never asked my email, only phone), therefore, its looks like I had no order ((
Few days later, after this review, a team member contacted me by whats up ( I'm glad it was not by email so was easier and quick) , deeply apologised, send new box with screws without any extra charge, plus offered discount voucher.
So I'm happy now, I have two boxes for the price I paid before ( 1 item) . Now I know which screws I need , will search better in hardware stores.
I must admit, I used this company because price was really good! Now, since I am in touch with customer service by whats up, I will continue buying items from them!
Moreover, I have done research, and found out that box manufacturer very often doesn't send screws ( read reviews on the same item on Amazon, where people are paying much more for this item) I'm grateful that Safqaa team took responsibility and correct this situation!

Ordered a Black & Decker Fan late night…A very rare experience

Ordered a Black & Decker Fan late night and after placing the order for cash payment on delivery I wasn't able to receive any confirmation luckily they have a 24/7 customer support(But doubted someone will answer at that time)after 5mins I was surprised someone answered and very polite.

Next day I decided to purchase 1 more as the price was very good compared to other online shopping platform, but there was again a delivery charge so I contacted the customer service and explained I was try to save the delivery fee it's not too much but hey its still an additional savings, customer service agent was again amazing and gave a promo code that gave me a free delivery, you seldom find like this experience now a days, a 2 thumbs up to you Mr/Ms.Customer Service (He/She didn't want to be named very humble)Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

Apalling and dishonest!

Apalling and dishonest!
They had iPad Pro 2022 model for lower price than other sites on internet.
So I purchased it !
They had one left !
Next day after confirming it was on the way, they sent email , saying ‘I have cancelled the order’
I wrote them saying I had done no such thing!
They wrote back apologising in very broken English , saying, their item was not new and in good condition, so had to cancel sale!
2 days later, I see they put the item back for sale on internet at higher price. The same one product, one left !
My advice, stay away
I would never purchase from them again, despite them being cheaper than everyone else!
I wonder why???
