Payment was completed,but the goods weren't received!
We paid and ordered the goods,but it is estimated that a month has passed, and we have not received the goods yet. We sent three consultation emails without any reply.

We are of course sad to hear you still havnt received your order.
Shipping to USA is done via postal excl tracking. Simply because the price for sending Courier packages from Denmark to USA, would exceed the cost of the order by 2-3 times.
We will of course send the package again and we didnt withness a order didnt reach the customer, but shipping time is all from 14-28 days depending on the destination.
Furthermore, we did not receive any emails, instagram/facebook msgs / Phone calls etc. So please contact us on info@sagacopenhagen.dk or via the phone number listed on the website.
Again we are sorry about the experience with not receiving your package, but since we didnt hear anything we trust all was in order.

Great quality & value!
We were introduced to this brand by a friend and the products were great. We now order it for new friends whenever we need to buy baby gifts.
This stuff is so nice I wish they had an adult line of products!
